Rice and Egg Drop Soup for Diarrhea

The ingredients for rice and egg drop soup for diarrhea are:

  • 2 cups basmati rice
  • 6 cups of filtered water
  • 3 eggs, beaten

Cook 2 cups of basmati rice in 6 cups of filtered water for 75 minutes. The mixture that results should be a little soupy, if not add more filtered water. Rapidly mix in the beaten eggs, and allow to cool to room temperature. The mixture should firm as it cools.
